Heather Duncan is a trusted and experienced real estate agent celebrating over 10 years in the
real estate industry. She has sold a variety of residential and commercial properties while
continuing to be a thoughtful and caring Realtor. Heather is passionate about exceeding her
clients expectations and believes that communication, honesty and integrity are the
cornerstones in working well with others to collaborate and accomplish any goals. As a devoted
mother and professional real estate agent she knows how important family is and always

Receiving her LVN license from Santa Barbara City college and her LPN license in Oregon,
Heather worked as a nurse for over 20 years. That time spent with patients and colleagues has
increased her capacity to listen, be patient, with the fortitude it takes to handle a multitude of
situations. These skills have afforded an advantage in real estate, especially in the negotiation
process. Working on the Oregon Coast for more than ten years in real estate. Served as the
Vice Chair of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors Scholarship Committee in Oregon for several
years. Heather knows the significance and the importance of community.
After recently moving back to Arizona she knew Prescott was where she belonged.
Heather is excited for the opportunity to join such a well respected and trusted real estate team.
